Hi

Ok quick post people and a little rant at the bottom!

***

I was nicely Facebooking lah kan, until I received an email from an unknown subhuman. Ok just kidding. I totally have no idea who this person is! But anyway.. here goes.

I was this close to ended up laughing on the floor already! Joke of the day people. =P

yeah if you noticed, there are abundant (ok maybe not that much) grammatical errors, and yet he still can say that my English is very good. Oh well, sleepiness has taken it's toll on me. So, don't bother my English -_-

****

Rant today is for general. Not shooting anybody in particular. I just thought I had to type this out for the sake of letting out my SIDE of the story.

Anyways, if you haven't been on Facebook recently, then you obviously have no clue about me and wall spammings with a friend of mine. We just do it for the sake of fun, and.. well.. for the heck of it.

Seriously, I think I'd prefer my wall being spammed every hour rather than staring into the screen for 3 hours straight, looking at the same posts! Don't you think it's boring like that? Exactly my point, thank you very much.

Maybe for you Facebookers out there who prefers a clean wall, unspammed and errrr.. not spammed, why not, clean up your contacts, and leave nobody at all? That way, you won't see any spams or posts which simply gives you THAT much irritation. Yeah? How bout that.

Ok I am getting a little bit anal already. I should stop.

No silly, not stop writing. Stop being anal about this.

It's something petty and shouldn't be taken serious about. And I SERIOUSLY don't see how much irritation and annoyance it could give. Maybe it's just me, I don't know.

But I have a few people on my Facebook who updates their status 7 times in a minute, and probably 10 minutes later, she/he updates 7 more times in a minute! I don't find it annoying at all. Then again.. Maybe it's just me. Or other people are just.. weird.

I mean, they prefer staring at the same thing for 3 hours straight instead of updates and stuff to read.

yes, I am lifeless like that. And it's not called stalking! TOTALLY DIFFERENT -_-

So, yeah. No point getting all worked up, it just show how petty you are towards things. -_-

Oficially unemployed

Despite the thrill and sheer delightment having to meet pleasant customers, I don't think I enjoy working at all. I suppose it's obvious judging by the myriad blog posts about my work days which are filled with rants and anger.

But deep down in the corner of my left-fist sized heart, I do miss working. I miss my colleague's who are very fun to be with. Yes, they are foreigners and it IS hard to communicate with them. When I first started working, I couldn't get the heck everyone's talking about. All I hear are mumbles, and indistinct conversations. All I do is just nod and say okay to everything.

But hey.. Little did I knew, they're one of the greatest people I've known ever in my life.

When they have nice food to be eaten, they'd share. Like the other time, one of Johnny's BTS ex-staff bought a cake for Miss Rozie for some occasion, she didn't have it all to herself. Instead, she cut the cake into slices and share it out to all of the service crew. I forgotten to eat my slice, and she kept it for me! I ate it the next day though, it was goooood.

Just in a month, I can't believe how close we got. I mean, my senior staffs knows my habit very very well! The other day we were just chatting in the pantry, and boss mentioned about some people *not being sarcastic lah* like how good it is to have me working there, and in such short time, the bond between us is strong *yadd ayadda*. While some have been working together for over 2 years, and they still can't understand each other.

Gahhh.

Anywhuuuuuuuuuussss.. I'm glad everything's over.

Although, I do miss working. Somehow when I sit down and just think, I always wonder how's the restaurant doing. But at the moment, I don't think I'd want to work ever again. Maybe next year. *wink

Red eye

Nah. This is for Nick Lim. I hope this blog post will entertain your dark, gloomy and lonely nights. XDD. And when I'm not there to talk to you on msn. he he he.

ANyways.

While I wuz at work today..

The restaurant was almost full house. Weekend, and it's holi. So, ya. Very the full until I felt like dying in the restaurant.

So so so so, I took many orders today, and all of the customers stared at me differently.

Ye la. I takut I perasan kan. Mana tau they stare because I'm cute ke.. or I have a hugeass zit on my face.

But I just pretended like nobody was looking la, to avoid confusion, misunderstandings and syok sendiri. He he.

After a while, I had an urgent need to pee so badly! So, I rushed to the toilet.

After I did my business, I went to wash my hands *CLEAN AS U GO!* and I looked at myself in the mirror.

I shrieked and said OHMYGOD out loud.

Nope.. there was no hugeass zit on my face.

But to my horror.. My left eye was bloody red.

Like, really red. And it was just my left eye tau! My right eye was perfectly fine.

I took 8 minutes walking to the toilet, peeing and omaigawding, and I had to rush back to the restaurant.

And when I took more orders, theres this customer which gave me the weirdest look ever.

Me : I know. It's my eye isn't it.

Customer (C) : Oh, *laughs* What happened? What have you been LOOKING at?

M : Oh God. Look around you. This, is what I've been staring at for the past 7 hours.

C : *laughs out loud* Pity you!

M : Ouch. But thanks. Hehe.

T_T

My eye is fine now.

If I'd have given an award to the dumbest Malaysian ever

I'd give to one of my stupidest local Malay customer today.

I remember what he wore exactly. He wore our Malaysian football jersy with knee length pants. His girlfriend slash wife (i ain't sure) was wearing a white baju kurung with pink flowers on it.

Man I thought they were going to be another friendly malay couple because usually Malays are friendly. But turns out, they're the most kurang ajar customers ever! Gosh.

Lemme start with #1.

he ordered steamboat. So, while pouring the chicken soup into his pot, he stopped me and this is how the convo goes.

Stupid Malay Customer (SMC) : Scuse me, dik, ni halal ke tak?
Me : Huh. Oh, ye, mesti la halal. Kalau tak, takde je sign halal kat luar tu.
SMC : Halal ke? Betul ke? Are you sure?

He was getting on my nerves already.

M : Yes sir. If this place is not halal, I wouldn't even serve you in the first place.
SMC : You sure ah? You don't use anything with pork to make the soup or whatnot?

really angry.

M : Sir, lemme repeat myself. If this place is not halal, firstly.. We wouldn't have halal signs pasted infront of out restaurant. Second, I wouldn't serve you, and third, we wouldn't have TWO halal certificates pasted on our wall *points at wall*.
SMC : *quiet...* SO, u sure it's halal?

Fangry.

M : SIR, IF THIS PLACE, IS NOT HA-LAL, WE, ESPECIALLY, I, WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE THE THOUGHTS OF TAKING ORDERS AND SERVING MUSLIMS. WHAT MORE SOMEONE LIKE YOU. OKAY, THANK YOU. YOUR ORDERS WILL BE COMING SOON *sarcastic smile*

I was so damn angry I tell you.

And after he ate, he asked for his dessert. The asked about twice. but it didn't came, because the pantry was full, and the restaurant was so damn busy.

Faham faham la kan.

So, he called Miss Aisyah, and he literally screamed at her.

SMC : Miss, sini jap. Tadi I dah mintak kat BANGLA satu tu untuk my dessert. Tapi sampai sekarang pun tak sampai ni apa kes?!

Chill la -_- Kurang ajar betul.

Miss Aisyah was furious kot when she went to tell the pantry. I mean, come on. They can be foreigners, but do NOT underestimate them.

But anyways.. When I had to serve their dessert.. I didn't even bother looking at their faces or say "okay, enjoy your dessert!" I just walked off. Which I am not suppose to.. but who the hell cares anyway. Screw the "customers are always right" rule. That customer? Tell them to go eat shit n die.

I hate those customers. :( they make my day go bad.

I wish I have people like Robb to come n dine @ Johnny's. Don't u think my mood will me at the uttermost happiest mood ever? XDD

Melaka

I don't know whether I'm suppose to love it - or detest it. Because there are tragic events, and at the same time I had a great time.

But in the mean time..

I just wanna share a little unexpected story which we got ourselves into deep shit and it involves people around us too.

I have nothing to say besides thank you and I am glad to have you people by my side at that time, or else I wouldn't know what I'll do. We'll do.

First of all.. Here's a little warning to people out there who couldn't care less about a little blue card which we call.. an Identity card. I think, saying that word makes me a little bit nausea because the Policeman kept repeating that word. (IC IC IC IC).

Anyway, on our first night there, after having awzum steamboat @ Johnny's, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka, Jerms came to pick us up and he brought us to the Portuguese Settlement to eat seafood.

It isn't the best seafood I've tried, but it tasted really really good. If I were to be hungry at that time.. I'll order each of everything on the menu. XD.

Anyway, it started raining really heavily, and Jerms friend, Kamal, came. So, we just hung out and crapped all night. Little did we knew.. it was 1 am already.

It was getting late, and at the same time it was still raining. So, we just hantam masuk kereta and Kamal droved his car.

Skip the boring parts, while driving back all the way from Melaka Town to the resort slash our home, there was a road block along Ayer Keroh.

Yep. I thought it was just regular seat-belt checks, because back in KL, there are roadblocks at my place which I can say it happens ALL THE TIME.

But hey.. They started to get a little suspicious. They asked for driver's license and ic. And I remembered I didn't bring my purse along because it was big, bulky, and I couldn't fit into the mini handbag I brought.

MJ too.. left her Purse in Justin Choy's place while we were there last week.

So, we were forced out the vehicle, and we were sort of stranded by the road with bunch of policeman. I was literally shaking, confused and scared but I guess I manage to cover up well. ^_^ teeheeeeeee.

So, yeah. I had to call my dad, and it was about 2am in the morning.

Of course, there was a little bit of yelling on the phone. I mean, I felt like I was being detained, but I wasn't. Everything was just messed up.

My mom couldn't find my ic, and I insisted that it was in my big, brown and bulky purse.

It wasn't.

Until I remember I left it in the photostat machine slash printer in my home, back in KL.

X_X.

I nearly died.

But hey.. My dad settled everything, MJ called her mum which was nicely having her sleep, and her bro had to pick up the urgent call.

And I can assure you we DID not go clubbing, and we will never will. -_-

But anyways..

Before my dad arrived, we were almost bribed. But we didn't. After we left, the guys, Jerms and Kamal nearly did.

Lousy Malaysian policemen I tell you.

But all in all.. whatever happened last night, thanks you guys. If it wasn't for the little blue card, none of this would have happened.

But wanna know what's the most ironic part of all??

My IC was in the white mini handbag I used on that night. >.<
